I am a private collector, who has endless passion for classic cars and trucks. 90% of the vehicles have been rented out to movies commercials or high-class parties. Right now, i’m liquidating my collection since i’m selling my warehouse. I know that magic feeling when the right quality meets the right price, so i sell my vehicles worldwide at the most reasonable prices. I bought this vehicle with the intention of bringing it to california to add to my collection. This 1948 studebaker is located in a copart facility in pekin il. I tried to sell it on copart, but this vehicle is a classic clean vehicle, and this auction yard is not the best place to sell it, i put it on ebay. This classic has a clear illinois title. 1948 studebaker champion 2 door the studebaker champion is an automobile which was produced by the studebaker corporation of south bend, indiana from the beginning of the 1939 model year until 1958. Mechanicalthis 1948 studebaker champion has 35,423 original miles. The title shows exempt because of the age. It has a straight 6 engine with an overdrive manual transmission. The engine sounds really good, with no smoke; the transmission and the clutch feel good. The car has a working hill break. Turn signals work as well as all the lights. Exterior the exterior is in great condition. This is a very solid car, always garage-kept and well-maintained. The paint and all the chrome are in great condition. Tires are in good condition. This studebaker isn’t a show car, but it is very presentable. Interiorthe interior is in great condition, it’s an all complete car; all the windows are in great condition. Overall, it’s a very clean car. The radio works as well. The only thing that doesn’t work is the clock which can be easily fixed or replaced. Radio has been added after photo was taken also has fm converter. Side mirrors have also been added. I have tried my best to describe this vehicle as accurately as i can. People have different opinions and expectations of older vehicles. Remember, this car is from the 1980’s and can have some imperfections that i'm not aware of. This vehicle is advertised on other websites, so i have the right to end the auction early if it gets sold. I'm not a dealer, but just a very passionate collector of classic cars and trucks. A non-refundable $500 deposit is due when the auction ends. Balance is to be paid via bank wire or a certified bank cashier's check. Check will need to clear before the vehicle is released and the title is sent. All non-paying bidders will be reported to ebay. I tried to sell it on copart but this vehicle is a classic clean vehicle and they have a salvage yard so it's not the best place to sell this vehicle there. This vehicle has a clear illinois title. This would be a great car to restore or just some tlc will make this car very presentable. The odometer shows 39,448 miles, not sure of the miles.
mechanicalsthe car has new exhaust, brakes, shocks, battery, tires. Motor is quiet, tight, and very strong. The transmission is great and shifts as it should. The body, floors, and i mean all of them are rock solid. Original bias ply spare is there, as are 2 t3 headlights. Bumpers are very straight and look great. All glass is great.

For complete listing information please select the click to bid button to see this item on ebay. I have a 1985 chevy scottsdale pick up truck for sale. Half ton,two wheel drive. The truck is a one owner/ all original/ always garaged /no rust!! It has the 305 v8 engine and automatic transmission. The owner added the air conditioning at a later date and it blows ice cold. There is no tilt, no power windows, no power locks. The factory am radio works great! The tires, brakes and battery are in great condition. It starts, runs and drives great! It is a little cold blooded as carburetors can be. Tap the key and fires right up after warming up. I had seen this truck in the owners garage when i was just out of high school in 1985. I could see it when the garage door was up in the summer time over the last 32 years i always thought it was a real gem. His house only had a one stall garage and he added the second stall to make sure it was stored inside. The owner was a snow bird that stayed in arizona during the winter months, so the truck was never exposed to the salty, winter illinois roads according to his daughter. This truck was fully rust proofed when new. The caps are visible in the door jams and door corners in the pics. It has a new midas muffler and newer shocks. Rear sliding window. There is a small tear in the seat on the drives side bench seat. A small vertical piece is missing in the front grill. The bed looks like it was never used with no dents inside or out, only light scuffing and some scratches, bare paint spot on the inner tail gate. No spray in bed liner hiding anything. The body also has some light scratches ,but is very presentable and straight. I have the spare wheel and tire to go with the truck. Please look at the pictures ,as they also tell the story. The history was explained to me by the owners daughter and i have described the truck to the best of my knowledge.. I get compliments on how nice it is all the time. A true time capsule!
